Welcome to Spring Training
Just like baseball teams warm up for the season, we’re warming up for real-life strength.
From April 27 to May 3, the OPC teachers are running a one-week lineup of 30-minute Pilates classes + Q&A hangouts – each one designed to help you master push-ups (and their Pilates cousins: plank, leg pull, reverse plank) your way.
Because at OPC, strength isn’t about bootcamp energy—it’s about support, progress, and feeling freaking proud of yourself.

The Lineup:
Choose your “league”—or go all in!
Mat Track (3 Classes)
Just the basics—no equipment needed. Household props welcome.
All-Access Track (10 Classes)
Includes:

- 3 Reformer

A full-body powerhouse week – done your way.
Each 30-min class is followed by a 30-min hangout where we chat, connect, and answer your Qs. Replay access runs through May 10. (Or forever, if you upgrade)

After a collective 80 years of Pilates teaching experience, Lesley and the OPC team have cracked the code on the exact Pilates workout that will work for you. Through a classical Pilates approach, OPC offers Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac and Chair classes for all body sizes, types, and abilities… and we can’t wait to meet you!
