HOW IT WORKS
Day 1: 30 minute live Reformer workout then homework 1/3 for you to do before/after to build connection & confidence. (Replay available)
Day 2: repeat workout on your own on demand
Day 3: 30 minute live Reformer workout then homework 2/3 + breakdown the set ups and exercise that show you’re ready to do the exercise. (Replay available)
Day 4: repeat workout on your own on-demand
Day 5: 30 minute live Reformer workout then homework 3/3 + troubleshooting. (Replay available)
Day 6: repeat workout
Day 7: catch up/rest
DITCH THE MESS
During one week, we will do 3 live Reformer workouts building up to Control Balance Off. After each workout, we will break down “homework” exercises for you to do before and/or after your Reformer workout to build up your connections and your confidence. And, breakdown the set ups and exercise that show you’re ready to do the exercise.
You will: Understand the exercises that make up Control Balance. Gain clarity around the setups for the exercise. Embody where you reach/work from. Believe in yourself!

I know how scary it can be to go upside down… I’m still working on my yoga handstand! But I also know that after learning the foundations I started to trust myself the more I atempted it. Control Balance is the same thing!
All of this is why I felt OBLIGATED to create the Control Your Balance Challenge! Seriously, I get asked about this exercise for both Reformer and Mat all the time, and I know you can work through this!
I wish this challenge had been around when I first started Pilates because I wouldn’t have feared these exercises myself. Instead I would have been even more excited about Pilates and would have helped my clients take their practice to the next level.
